Stupid Dreams
Our dreams often help us understand ourselves, who we love, or how we look naked. Other times they’re simply worth ignoring. Artist Sam Brown offers his interpretive talents.
A note on Sam Brown: For the past two years, artist and
explodingdog creator Sam Brown has been hiding out in his top-secret hideout in Connecticut. When he gets around to it he puts some new pictures up on
explodingdog; some of these are good, some are bad, and some are neither good or bad but are interesting.
Someday he hopes to be a real artist, or play in a rock and roll band, but right now he spends his time drawing stick figures and eating. Eating so much that he’s gained 40 pounds since he quit smoking, and hopes to add another 40 before February.
After drawing so many pictures of stick figures he now has over 1200 up at
explodingdog and adds more each week. He also has
two books for sale and is working on a third, and if you are interested there are
prints for sale that you can hang on your wall, just like they were real art.
