Getting Benjamins from the… Benjamin?

It is a hot summer for The Morning News. As you’ve read in Andrew’s recent letters (one, two), we have used the extra time afforded by our ‘summer publishing schedule’ to find new additions for the team. It’s my pleasure today to publicize another appointment: Dan Benjamin has joined The Morning News as our Technical Director.

You probably know Dan through his technology- and cigar-related writing on Hivelogic, though you may also have seen him at A List Apart, O’Reilly’s MacDevCenter, or Linux World. He will be handling the heavy lifting of our technology from this day forward, and we are very excited to have such a good, strong mind aiding us where we are weak and puny.

His illustration and bio will be joining the masthead soon, until then you’ll have to live with this image:
